Last month I got similar symptoms, faint cramping and tender breasts but this month as well as those I have headaches, dizziness, lower back pain and bloating.In early pregnancy, cervical mucus may increase in quantity. It may also be watery and runny. me too, I had a strange milky discharge at 3 - 5 dpo almost lotion like. The CM then became thicker and looked clearish with a hint of yellow, a bit like when you blow your nose and have a snoty tissue, lol. I am now approx 9dpo and the discharge has cleared up a bit but is still present.
