Basically, your negative OPK could mean several things. 1) You haven't gotten your surge yet. 2) You have gotten your surge (probably yesterday) and are ovulating today, but for whatever reason didn't ever see the positive OPK. Oh and by the looks of things, you don't necessarily need a BBT but I've really loved having more accurate charts. :) I got my Life Brand BBT at Shoppers Drug Mart. I change them every 3-4 months so I can rely on my temps being accurate. Usually I only do opks. I got my first positive opk on 5th June and other symptoms and today the 8th I’ve still not had a temp rise . I’m using OvuSense too. So I know it’s not how I’m doing it . Hello lovelies I am currently on CD20 and I think I Ov on CD18 Bedtime of CD17 I was convinced my opk was positive however my apps confirmed it wasn’t quite…I am still in shock - I got a bfp today. I was desperately hoping I would get af soon (I have only had one pp period so far) so we could officially start ttc with all the bells and whistles (opk, bbt, supplements, etc).
