It is now Thursday (CD24) but by BBT has not risen - it has in fact been going down! What is happening and is there still a chance I can ovulate since my BBT hasnā€™t shifted? Iā€™m quite worried I didnā€™t ovulate this month.Some women have a long surge for more than 1 day so this means if you just do the above and presume the next day the egg releases and that's the only day you BD (when it really does it 2-3 days later) you've hosed yourself. Every cycle I have been able to measure the LH surge, and also the temp increase when I have ovulated and drop in BBT when AF is arriving. My FP/Ovulation has been all over the place though, so literally I measure OPK 2 times a day just to make sure I don't miss it.
