Hello i deleted all of my addons and used the link you posted to try to reset the issue. seems that i can not compare with shift or use control click to preview the item on my character. i have no addons and tried the renames and /console cvar_default the link told me to try. nothing worked. if i make a new toon everything works. just this one toon has the issue.It's not an addon, it's a keybind.
